There are a lot of thing to remember - how can I remember them all?

WHAT HABITS DO YOU NEED?!


BEFORE GETTING OUT OF BED 

•    Gratitude for everything you can see, feel, and touch NOW. 

•    Gratitude for past challenges (find the gift!) 

•    Gratitude for what you want – See it in your mind’s eye and FEEL it! 


MORNING HABITS 

•    Prayer / Bible time to connect with the Lord, pray for your spouse. 

•    During morning routine (like brushing your teeth) – FEEL and give thanks for 10 reasons 

•    Listen to your soundtrack of awesome in the shower or on way to work. 

•    Read / condition your Superhero each morning (after week 2) 


THROUGHOUT DAY 

•    Gratitude – when challenges come, give thanks!

•    Guard the door of your mind / pay attention to your thoughts 

•    Disempowering or negative thoughts need to be kicked out: 

    o    Letting Go Exercise–acknowledge/feel, put before God, Breathe, Replace them with TRUTH and gratitude for the challenge 

        o    Ask: What Else Could Be True?   You can create a better story that honors Christ 

•    Soundtrack of awesome

•    Daily compliments to your spouse / build healthy communication during day/Body language 

•    LOVE & RESPECT, Connection, Vulnerability

•    Get into inspired, intelligent, incessant action and feel your dream. (10 Reasons) 

•    Stretch and breathe and determine that you will find a way. Motion creates emotion 

•    Move Your Body! ( Endorphins/Vitality) 

•    Nourish Your Body (garbage in, garbage out!) 


WEEKLY 

•    Dream Team Meeting–It’s You and Me Against the World 

•    Date night- Enjoy each other!
